What datty is
datty is an early prototype in a private beta. It is a program that runs on your own computer and lets your AI app answer questions about your Google Ads, Meta Ads and Shopify data. It is not open to the public yet, and it may change or stop at any time.
Read-only
datty only reads data. It never creates, changes, pauses or deletes ads, campaigns, budgets or orders, and it does not run automatic optimization. Decisions about your accounts stay with you.
Your accounts and logins
- Connect only accounts you are allowed to use. You remain bound by the terms of Google, Meta and Shopify for those accounts.
- datty saves your login files in a folder on your computer that you choose. Keep them private and never send them to anyone, including us.
- How datty handles your data is described in the privacy policy.
Numbers and your AI app
- datty calculates every number with code and shows the account, dates, currency and time zone it used. It cannot check what your AI app finally writes, which could round, convert or misread a figure.
- Compare important numbers with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or Shopify before you make a decision. datty's revenue and ROAS rules can differ from those platforms' own reports.
- Your AI app and its provider have their own terms and policies, and those apply to your chats.
No guarantees
datty is provided "as is", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. There is no uptime promise and no service level. Support is by email at hello@datty.ai, on a best-effort basis.
To the extent the law allows, the datty team is not responsible for losses that come from using datty or from decisions based on its answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Price
There is no paid plan today and pricing is not set. We will not charge you for anything without telling you the price first and getting your agreement.
Stopping
You can stop using datty at any time; the steps are in Remove datty and your data. We may end the beta or stop offering datty.
Who runs datty
datty is run by ESS & LABS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Address: 2164 Platinum Rd, Ste C, Apopka, FL 32703, United States. ESS & LABS LLC uses the name datty for this product; datty is not registered as a fictitious name yet.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect, and tell the people using datty that we know of, for example through the release notes.
